The production, teaching and research are combined to strengthen the technology development and shorten the development cycle. The research and development funds of the company are included in the special budget. The annual research and development funds for new products and technologies account for 5% of the sales revenue at least. Externally, the company strengthens the international cooperation and has established the long-term cooperation relationship for research and development with well-known universities and research institutes of such countries as Germany, Italy, Russia, Israel and Japan and in Taiwan.
